In the last year it’s been seen on the arms of some of the biggest fashion icons in todays world. This design is all the makings of a a timeless handbag. What’s on my ASOS wishlist: February Fashion Favourites

Welcome to my new series. Monthly, I’ll post the items I have been loving on ASOS, that have been sitting under that infamous red heart button. I spend far too much time looking on ASOS for the perfect pieces. Under the Saved Items red heart, we lust over the items we soon hope to own but may only dream about.

Disclaimer: I am a broke university student, many of these items I will dream about but never own.

  1. One Above Another Mini Skirt In Petrol Glitter With Flame

This skirt was an item I instantly fell in love with. One Above Another isn’t a brand I’ve ever bought but this item had me searching the archives for more bold, statement items. I’m not the only one loving outrageous pieces at the moment. The more bold, the better.

2.Fila Relaxed Sweatshirt With Deconstructed Sleeves

fila-sweatshirt

Fila was a brand I remember being ‘uncool’ in the 90’s when I was running around wearing whatever mismatched items took my 6 year old’s desire. What was uncool is now what you want to be wearing; this is particularly true in sports brands. My own styling of this sweatshirt wouldn’t be with sweatpants and a cap but with ripped jeans and sneakers for a chic street wear look. Comfort and style are key this season and I personally hope it is a trend that never leaves. The colour blocking on this sweatshirt are what really sell it for me.

3. adidas Originals Haze Coral Gazelle Sneakers

adidas-sneaker

Adidas are still going strong and all you need to do to get me on board is to incorporate suede or pink. Suede is an always for me. Pink is a new obsession, along with the rest of the fashion world it seems. This would be the most versatile sneaker in my collection for sure, pink making this boyish style instantly more feminine.

4. Daisy Street Oversized Shirt In Gingham Check

I like to believe I don’t follow trends, but it’s probably safer to say I jump wholeheartedly on board with some and steer clear of others. I’ve always loved gingham and I’m so glad to see it everywhere at the moment. My ASOS saved items/wishlist has many many gingham items, but when Daisy Street make such affordable and on point items like this one, it seems far more attainable.

5. Glamorous Pom Pom Hoop Earrings

I love me a good pom pom. These wouldn’t be my first pair of pom pom earrings but I certainly hope they will be my next. Something as simple as a statement earring can cost under $10 and you can make the top half of your outfit pop. Just like sunglasses, these babies can transform a simple outfit to a bold one.

6. Vero Moda High Neck Floral Mesh Maxi Dress

Here, you can see the evidence that Autumn has begun. I’m still very much channelling summer to be honest as I’m not ready to say goodbye just yet. This dress is everything I love. While colour is absolutely dominating my wardrobe currently, this will be the type of item that will pull me back into some darker shades as the weather cools down. The perfect dress that you can dress up and down. I’m thinking this would look perfect with your killer black ankle boots, leather jacket and fedora. You know I’m right.
